Shipping Information

• Free Shipping on All Orders: We’re happy to offer free domestic standard shipping on every order, no minimum purchase required. Your items will be carefully packaged by the owners and shipped to arrive promptly.

• Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Some custom pieces with finer details may take longer (we have full-time jobs and this is our side business, so we appreciate the patience). Customers have been pleased with our updates from the shop while they wait. We hope you are, too.

• Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. KC Dub's Workshop being centrally located in the U.S. can make for shorter waits.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.

• International Shipping: We ship inside the continental U.S. only but will make arrangements for active military serving elsewhere.

Our Commitment to Quality & Customer Service: We take pride in offering high-quality products, and defects are rare. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or it arrives broken, damaged, or inaccurate, just provide KC Dub's with proof of the screw-up and we'll get started on sending your replacement. We are simply too busy for drama.

• Refund Policy: If you receive one of our products and determine it just straight-up sucks, simply provide proof of what sucked, ship it back to us and we'll provide a hassle-free refund. This hasn't happened yet but that's our plan if it does.

• Larger custom items that take more time will require more patience.
